SINGING BROTHERHOOD WORKSHOPS FOR MEN

Innovative group singing workshops for men invite you to discover the power of singing together and nurturing traditions. Organized throughout Poland, they aim to integrate musical communities through learning and performing songs with the Starosielski Singing Brotherhood, strengthening solidarity, cooperation, and creativity among participants. The project opens up space for men to develop vocal and repertoire skills, as well as creative activities, shaping open social attitudes.

This is an innovative project of integration for communities interested in cultivating group singing traditions, aiming to experience solidarity and cooperation with other men sharing common values. Through learning songs and performing them together with the Starosielski Singing Brotherhood and invited guests, participants will acquire practical vocal and repertoire skills, enabling them to use them in their local communities.

The workshops usually last for a weekend (3 days) and conclude with a concert performed by the participants along with the facilitators. Organizing the workshops can be an excellent accompanying event during festivals, further engaging the local community in active participation.

So far, the following workshops have been held, which can also be organized for men's communities in many locations:

There is also the possibility of organizing the following workshops:

• Sailing Songs - with the guest appearance of Bogdan Piorunek from The Pioruners band,
• Songs of the January Uprising - with the guest appearance of Marcin Lićwinko,
• Medieval Songs - with the guest appearance of Marcin Bornus-Szczyciński,
• Byzantine Songs - with the guest appearance of Andriy Skrabyuk and Monika Horodek.
